We are looking for an HR Director with expertise in New York State and Federal employment law, best-practice recruitment strategies and generalist HR management. This role will focus on being a visible and senior member of the global HR team in NY, being responsible for culture development, attracting top talent as well as being the first point of contact for HR matters locally. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally within the SaaS sector.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of not only our culture and direction locally but also our talent pool by executing effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization. You’ll work alongside a global HR team while shaping the culture and success of the New York office.
